How xRack Uses Your Amazon Data
Nothing is read until you connect your own Seller Central account. xRack then reads reports for your workspace only, never changes your account, and deletes your Amazon data within 30 days of when you disconnect. It is available to Amazon sellers in Amazon's North America marketplaces only for now: the United States, Canada and Mexico.
xRack and Amazon
xRack is made by Xcelerate Brands. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Amazon.
Made by Xcelerate Brands
xRack is built and run by Xcelerate Brands, which answers for it.
Amazon's Trademarks
Amazon, Seller Central and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
The Selling Partner API
xRack connects through the Selling Partner API, which Amazon offers to software developers. Using it does not mean Amazon endorses xRack.
Where xRack Works
xRack is available to Amazon sellers in Amazon's North America marketplaces only for now: the United States, Canada and Mexico. The rest of Amazon's marketplaces, and Shopify, eBay, Walmart and TikTok Shop, will come in future updates.
North America Today
xRack works with Amazon Seller Central accounts in the United States, Canada and Mexico, each marketplace in its own currency.
More Amazon Marketplaces
The rest of Amazon's marketplaces will come in future updates of xRack.
Other Sales Channels
Shopify, eBay, Walmart and TikTok Shop are planned for future updates. Until they land, xRack works with Amazon only.
Your Consent
Nothing is read until you connect your own Seller Central account, and you can take the connection back at any time.
Connect in xRack
Your administrator opens Integrations in xRack and chooses Connect.
Approve on Amazon's Page
Amazon shows what xRack asks for, and a Seller Central user for your account approves it on Amazon's own page. xRack never sees your Amazon password.
Disconnect in xRack
Open Integrations and choose Disconnect. xRack then reads nothing more from Amazon and deletes your Amazon data within 30 days, unless you reconnect.
Or Remove the App in Seller Central
In Seller Central, go to Apps and Services, then Manage Your Apps, and remove xRack.
What xRack Reads
Only what its features need, by the Amazon roles it asks for.
Finance and Accounting
Payments, settlements and transactions.
Inventory and Order Tracking
Orders and inventory.
Amazon Fulfillment
FBA reports: storage fees, customer returns, reimbursements and removals.
Product Listing
Listings, their details and their issues.
Selling Partner Insights
Account and marketplace details.
Amazon Warehousing and Distribution
AWD inventory.
Brand Analytics
Requested for brand-registered sellers' search and traffic data, and used once Amazon grants it.
Pricing
Requested for prices and offers on a seller's products, and used once Amazon grants it.
No Restricted Buyer Data
xRack asks for no restricted role and never requests a Restricted Data Token. Order reports come without buyer names, street addresses, email addresses or phone numbers, but can hold the ship-to city, state and postal code. Buyers' return comments are free text, stored as written, and can hold personal details a buyer chose to write.
Read Only
xRack reads data and requests reports. Nothing else.
Reads and Requests Reports
xRack reads your account's data and asks Amazon for reports, for your workspace.
Never Changes Your Account
It never changes listings, prices, inventory, orders, shipments or account settings.
Refused in the Code
xRack's code refuses every other kind of call to Amazon, so a change cannot be sent by mistake.
How Your Data Is Used
Only to run xRack for your workspace.
Only for Your Workspace
Your Amazon data is used to run xRack for your workspace, and for nothing else.
Never Sold
We never sell, rent or trade your data, and never use it for advertising.
Never Used for Another Client
Your data is never combined with another client's or used to benefit anyone else.
Never Used to Train AI
Your data is never used to build, train or improve artificial intelligence models.
No Scraping
xRack takes your account's data from Amazon only through the Selling Partner API and your own uploads, and never scrapes Amazon's websites. It also uses data from outside Amazon: public market figures, such as sales rank and offers, from a market data service, and, as they are added, your other sales channels, such as Shopify.
Automated Assistants Identified
If an automated assistant ever works on your data, it is identified as automated.
Who Can See It
The people you authorize, and no one else.
Your Own Team
The people on your team you ask us to invite, each with their own account and two-step verification.
Xcelerate Brands Staff
The Xcelerate Brands staff working on your account. Xcelerate Brands is a separate company from you, the seller, and its staff see your data only to work on your account.
Reviewed Every Quarter
Who can open each workspace is reviewed every quarter, and access ends on the day someone leaves or changes role.
Keeping and Deleting Your Data
Your Amazon data is kept only while you use xRack.
Deleted Within 30 Days
Your Amazon data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the earliest of: you disconnecting, Amazon asking, your services with us ending, or our no longer being allowed to hold it. Reconnecting within 28 days of disconnecting stops the deletion. What your team entered, such as the SKU Database and purchase orders, stays until you ask us to delete it.
Backups
Deleted data can remain in our hosting provider's automatic backups for up to 30 more days before it is overwritten.
When the Law Requires a Record
Where the law requires us to keep a record, such as for tax or a legal claim, we keep only that record, for only as long as required.
Ask for Deletion
You can ask us to delete your data, or for a copy of it, at any time through our contact page.
