Know what to reorder, and when.
Xcel Rack connects to your Amazon Seller account and keeps your catalog, orders and FBA inventory in sync. It combines that with your warehouse stock and supplier lead times, then tells you what to order and the date you need to order it by.
Connects in minutes through Amazon. Your warehouse data stays yours.
Set up once, then it keeps itself current
Most of the work happens on the first afternoon. After that the numbers stay up to date on their own.
Connect Amazon
Authorize Xcel Rack from your Seller Central account. We never see your Amazon password, and you can revoke access at any time from either side. Your catalog, orders and FBA inventory begin syncing straight away.
Add what Amazon cannot see
Upload your warehouse stock, boxes, suppliers and lead times using the template we provide. Every row is checked before anything is saved, and a rejected row tells you the tab, the row number and the reason.
Work from the forecast
Open the forecast and you get an order quantity and a date per product, based on real sales velocity and real lead times. Ship from your warehouse into Amazon, or raise a purchase order with your supplier.
One platform, from listing to reorder
Every figure is calculated once, on the server, so the number on your dashboard is the same number in your forecast and the same number in your warehouse view.
Sales intelligence
Orders, units and revenue pulled directly from Amazon, split by marketplace and fulfillment type. A product sold two ways keeps two demand signals rather than being averaged into one number that describes neither.
Inventory management
Amazon stock and warehouse stock are held apart, because adding them together is how sellers oversell and over order. Each number states where it came from, so nothing has to be guessed at.
Replenishment forecasting
Velocity is read across six windows, from 90 days down to 7, so a recent change shows up without one busy week distorting the picture. Lead time, transit time and units per box turn that into a real order quantity on a real date.
Warehouse management
Boxes, quantities, units per box and locations, tracked against a permanent internal id. Renaming a box never loses the stock inside it, and finding physical stock never requires knowing which marketplace SKU it was given.
Supplier management
Lead times and transit times per supplier, with per item overrides where the real world disagrees with the default. If a container takes sixty days, the forecast plans around sixty days.
Reporting In development
Revenue, fees, advertising spend and cost of goods brought together into a profit view per product. Where a cost input is missing we say so rather than estimating around it.
Advertising insight, content optimization and pricing tools are in active development. We list them here as roadmap, not as available features.
Your Amazon data, automatically. Your warehouse, exactly as you run it.
Amazon supplies what Amazon knows. You keep control of the physical detail no marketplace can see. Neither side overwrites the other, and if the two ever disagree we report it rather than picking a winner.
- Catalog, orders and FBA inventory sync without manual uploads
- Part numbers and units per box stay yours, and are never overwritten
- Shared warehouse stock counted once, never once per listing
- Conflicts reported for you to resolve, never silently guessed
Built to be trusted with your account
You are handing us access to your business. Here is exactly how that access is handled.
Credentials never touch your browser
Your Amazon authorization is exchanged and stored entirely on our servers, in a managed secret store with separate access control per customer. It is never written to our analytics database and never sent to a web page.
Your data is only ever yours
We do not sell data, and we do not use one customer's figures to benefit another. Your sales are not pooled into benchmarks or market reports shown to anyone else. Amazon data is used to run Xcel Rack for you and for nothing else.
Every request is checked on the server
Access is authorized for every organization owned record on every request. One customer cannot reach another's data by changing a value in a URL, because ownership is resolved from the signed in session rather than from anything the browser sends.
You can disconnect at any time
Disconnecting destroys the stored authorization rather than merely forgetting it, and syncing stops immediately. Your existing records stay with you. You can also revoke access directly from Seller Central.
Read the full privacy policy for how data is stored, retained and deleted.
See it against your own numbers
Tell us what you sell and how you hold stock. We will show you how Xcel Rack handles it, and say plainly if it is not the right fit.
